Attorney Tanya Hall is a Partner at Castel and Hall, LLP. She has extensive experience in probate and family law and has been consistently recognized for her compassion and professional achievements.
Attorney Hall has represented numerous clients in an array of domestic relations matters including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, and adoption. Attorney Hall is certified to represent indigent families in the Massachusetts Juvenile Court. She also has experience with estates, trusts, and civil litigation.
Attorney Hall has earned her Juris Doctor degree. She speaks several languages including Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has served as a volunteer for the Young Lawyers' Division of the American Bar Association.
She has received several awards and honors, including being recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” attorney in Massachusetts by The National Black Lawyers, an honor given to a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field. Attorney Hall serves on the Board of Directors for two nationally recognized non-profit organizations, “One Can Help” and “The Chris Foundation”. Attorney Hall authored “Walking through the Clouds,” a collection of profound poems about life and hope.

Dr. Rafaela Garreta received her Bachelor of Laws from Estácio de Sá University – Menezes Cortes, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) – Rio de Janeiro, in 2006.
In 2013 she studied at the Northeastern University School of Law, in Massachusetts, United States, receiving her Master's (LLM) degree in American and International Law.
She was honored to be valedictorian of her class and chair of the College's Commission Against Institutionalized Racism.
